Terms and Conditions

Welcome to NPC Automotive! By making a purchase with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully before completing your order.
1. Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of up to 20% will be applied to all returned items. Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase. The restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount. Installed/used products may not be returned.
2. Special Order Products
No returns or exchanges will be accepted for special order products. Special orders are considered final sale once the order is placed, as they are specifically ordered for your vehicle and cannot be resold.
3. Disposal of Old Materials
The disposal of any old materials (such as parts removed during the installation or servicing of your vehicle) is included in the price of our services. By accepting our services, you authorize NPC Automotive to properly dispose of all old materials.
4. Returned Removed Materials
If you wish to retain any removed materials (e.g., old parts, components), these will be offered back to you at the time of service. These materials will be held for 5 business days following the service completion. If not claimed within this period, the materials will be deemed abandoned and will become the property of NPC Automotive.
5. Warranty on Services
NPC Automotive offers a 12-month warranty on all services rendered, covering workmanship and installation defects. This warranty is valid from the date the service is completed. If any issues arise due to poor workmanship, we will repair or replace the service free of charge. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper maintenance.
6. Manufacturer’s Warranty on Products
All products sold by NPC Automotive are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty. Any issues with the products outside of our service warranty must be directed to the manufacturer for resolution. NPC Automotive will assist with any warranty claims where applicable but is not responsible for product defects covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
7. Payment Terms
For orders over $2,000, a 20% deposit is required at the time of order placement. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service or delivery of products.

Please note:
The vehicle will not be returned to the owner until full payment has been received.
Any outstanding balances may be subject to additional fees or delays in service until paid in full.
8. Mechanic’s Lien
In the event that payment for services rendered and/or products provided remains unpaid, NPC Automotive reserves the right to place a mechanic’s lien on the vehicle in accordance with the provisions set forth under NRS 108.221 to NRS 108.246 of the Nevada Revised Statutes. The lien may be enforced by the sale of the vehicle to recover outstanding charges, and the vehicle will not be returned until full payment, including any associated fees or legal costs, is made.
9. Unforeseen Issues or Additional Repairs During Installation
During the installation process, unforeseen issues or additional repairs may arise that were not identified during the initial assessment. In the event that your vehicle requires additional repairs or modifications, NPC Automotive will immediately notify you. All work will cease until a written agreement is reached between both parties outlining the scope of the additional work, pricing, and any adjustments to the original estimate.
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
NPC Automotive reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website, and it is your responsibility to review these terms regularly.
