NPC Automotive Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: January 1, 2025

1. Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of up to 20% applies to all returned items. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and only if the item is unused and uninstalled. Used or installed products are non-returnable.

2. Special Order Products

All special orders are final sale and are non-returnable. These items are specifically ordered for your vehicle and cannot be resold.

3. Disposal of Old Materials

The disposal of old materials (e.g., parts removed during installation or service) is included in the cost of service. By authorizing service, you permit NPC Automotive to properly dispose of these materials.

4. Returned Removed Materials

If you wish to retain removed parts, please notify us at the time of service. These materials will be held for 5 business days following completion. Unclaimed items will be considered abandoned and become the property of NPC Automotive.

5. Warranty on Services

We offer a 12-month warranty on workmanship and installation, valid from the date service is completed. This warranty excludes damage due to misuse, accidents, or improper maintenance.

6. Manufacturer’s Warranty on Products

Products are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties. NPC Automotive is not responsible for defects covered under these warranties but will assist with claims where possible.

7. Used or Customer-Provided Parts

NPC Automotive does not warranty or assume responsibility for used or customer-supplied parts. We are only liable for labor performed. Any additional labor caused by incompatible, defective, or incomplete parts may incur extra charges. We reserve the right to decline installation of parts deemed unsafe or unsuitable.

8. Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required on parts orders over $1,000. For other parts orders, a deposit may still be required depending on availability or special order status. The remaining balance is due upon completion of services or delivery of products.

Quotes are valid for 14 calendar days from the date they are sent. After this period, pricing and product availability are subject to change without notice due to manufacturer adjustments, market conditions, or supply chain fluctuations.

• Cash

• Credit/Debit Card

• Zelle

• Check (subject to verification and clearance)

Please note:

• Vehicles will not be released until full payment is received.

• Unpaid balances may result in service delays or additional fees.

9. Mechanic’s Lien

Unpaid invoices may result in a mechanic’s lien, per NRS 108.221 – NRS 108.246 (Nevada Revised Statutes). This may include legal action or sale of the vehicle to recover unpaid balances. Vehicles will not be released until payment and associated costs are satisfied.

10. Unforeseen Issues or Additional Repairs

If unanticipated issues arise during installation or service, work will be paused, and the customer will be notified. No additional work will proceed without written approval detailing the scope, cost, and impact on the original estimate.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

NPC Automotive reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted to our website and are effective immediately. Customers are responsible for reviewing current terms before each transaction.
